You may also check the Little League Finder Tool to check the address or your home or school to see if either are located in our district.
If you qualified to play in either Stamford American or Stamford National Little League last year, and have moved to an address outside the league’s boundaries or now attend a non-qualifying school, you remain eligible to play in Stamford Little League - American Division. However, additional paperwork will be required. Contact playeragent@stamfordnall.com for more details.

Teams for Single A and Tee Ball will be formed in early April and will begin on the League's Opening Day Weekend.
League Structure
For the 2023 season, there will be 5 divisions (described below) – Majors, AAA, AA, A, and Tee-ball. Each division will include a range of ages, but please note that the registration fees are structured by age. For all divisions, practices, game schedule, and field use (which will be mixed over all fields available) will be determined over the next few months. A summary of each division is as follows:
GENERAL LEAGUE STRUCTURE DETAILS
Majors Division
Typical age range: League Age 11-12.
By rule, all 12 year-olds must play in the Majors division. If you feel that your 12 year-old is not ready or prepared to play in the Majors division, you have the option of signing a waiver that will allow him/her to play in the AAA division.
Playing Time: Games are competitive with playing time based on skill level and no requirement for equal playing time among the players. However, each player must play a minimum of 3 innings of outs and receive at least 1 at-bat. Younger and/or less-skilled players may end up playing the minimum amount.
Team Placement: A draft is held for the Majors division. All 12 year-olds must play in the Majors unless they elect to play in AAA or do not attend the tryout. This is a Little League rule, which all leagues must follow. The number of “Under 11” openings will not be known until registration is complete.
Playing Rules: Standard Little League rules are followed with the addition of some local league rules (detailed on the league website) and some additional safety rules.
